13. Justin’s sweet smile and wonderful disposition.  His willingness and dedication to support me, even when times are tough.

14. Mom -  Who shares her beautiful smile with all of us.  Who raised 4 children (still not sure how) and taught us many skills.  Who is loving and supportive in everything I do and has taught me about loving God, marriage, and teaching.

15. Dad – Who gave me the ability to speak to strangers and speak up even when it’s not popular to do so.  Who taught me to plan and organize.  Who has prayed with mom daily for all of their children.  And loved us unconditionally!

16. Amber – My little sister, who is an inspiration to me always.  She has a sweet personality with compassion and love for those in need.  She has an inspiring love for Christ and is not afraid to venture into unknown territory to serve HIM!

17. Amy and JD – Who follow God’s will for their life, even when it means being away from home.  We miss having them here in Ecru with us, but know that their are being used of God to reach people in non-traditional ways and show them the LOVE of God.

18. Brooks and Brandy – Who are wonderful parents to their 3 sweet children.  Brooks helps lead in worship at his church and Brandy who brings a beautiful SMILE  into our family always!

19. Katie and Allie – Who often remind me of the simpler things in life.  Who are learning scripture at a young age and love to read Bible stories at Bedtime.  Who bring joy into the room, every time they enter.

20. Mrs. Anita and Jimmy – She has been a wonderful mother-in-law who is supportive and loving.  Jimmy who has been a blessing to Mrs. Anita and our family.

21. Grandmother Hamilton – who taught me many things, but especially the meaning of Christmas.  We read Luke 2 every year before opening presents! Who was always committed to prayer!

22. Grandmother Wise – who has taught me about love and Faith in the Lord.  Her sweet, gracious attitude that reminds me to give my burdens to the Lord.  (Who also shares wonderful gardening tips)

Today’s Other Topic – Heart Surgery

23.  Thank you Lord for giving Justin the wisdom to have his chest pain checked (back in July.)

24. Thank you Lord for having the right doctors on call to have the wisdom to run the CT scan.

25.  Thank you Lord for providing us with Dr. Gupta, who took the time to research, make phone calls, and send emails on our behalf.

26. Thank you Lord for making the plans for us to go to Children’s Hospital (where we received excellent care.)

27.  Thank you Lord for allowing us to have their “rock star” surgeon and for guiding his hands with YOURS!

28.  Thank you Lord for the grace and mercy you showered us with during this journey of our lives.

29.  Thank you Lord for giving Justin the rest he needed in the hospital.

30.  Thank you Lord for Justin’s continuous speedy recovery!
